SPS Process Systems
Pretreatment and Softening System
Basic filtration system which are used in reducing or eliminating the
contaminants from water. Water softening is a process through which calcium,
magnesium and certain other metal cations in hard water are removed.
Membrane Filtration System
Micro Filtration(MF) : Micro filtration is the most open cross-flow filtration system.
Typical application of this low pressure process is the removal of high molecular weight compounds.
Ultra Filtration (UF) : Ultra filtration is a low pressure process for selective
filtration of molecules of specified size and weight. Typical applications of UF membrane are concentration and
recovery of high molecular weight compounds, separation/removal of contaminants, clarification, removal of
colloids and suspended solids, thus being used as pretreatment for reverse osmosis units.
Nano Filtration (NF) : Nano filtration is used most often with low total dissolved
solids water such as surface water and fresh groundwater, with the purpose of softening and removal of
natural organic matter and synthetic organic matter.
Reverse Osmosis (RO) : Reverse Osmosis is a high pressure separation process to
remove low molecular solutes (salts, small organics molecules) from a solvent (water).
Water Generation System
Reverse Osmosis + Electro Deionization (RO+EDI)
Demineralization (DM)
Ultra pure water is generated by above treatment as per USP guidelines.
Storage and Distribution system
Purified Water System (PWS)
Water For Injection System (WFI)
Sterile Process Piping
Storage and distribution of ultra pure water along with sterile piping is done as per USP guidelines
CIP/SIP System
They are used for internal cleaning of the processes where cleaning of
Process Tanks, Process Equipments, Process Piping of internal surfaces is carried out without effecting
the regular functioning of the process plant.
Customized manufacturing of Equipments in Stainless Steel
Manufacturing of Storage tanks, Housings, Flow plates, Pendants etc as per USP guidelines.
